Andy Cotter: Senior Agent and Group Secretary, with 28 years of experience in the insurance industry. He focuses on commercial and corporate insurance solutions and has recently returned to Devon after 13 years away, bringing his expertise to support local businesses and private clients.
Caroline Dicks: Agent and Group Secretary, with a background in farming. She grew up on her family’s livestock farm in East Devon and has been actively involved in the local agricultural community, including roles in the Young Farmers Club movement. Caroline provides insurance solutions for traditional farming and agricultural businesses, diversification enterprises and private clients.
Lisa Bentley: Office Manager, responsible for our business operations and compliance. She has 17 years of experience in the insurance sector within NFU Mutual locally and joined the agency in 2024.
