I’m Paula Fenegan, a Nutritional Therapist, Reflexologist and Wellbeing Coach specialising in supporting women through menopause and midlife. I combine natural strategies, balanced nutrition, and stress-reduction techniques to help women manage symptoms, boost resilience, and feel confident in this stage of life.
As well as one-to-one support, I offer group programmes that create connection, encouragement, and shared learning. I also deliver inspiring wellbeing talks for corporate and community groups on topics such as menopause, gut health, healthy eating, and mental wellbeing. My mission is to empower people with practical tools and knowledge to take charge of their health and thrive.
