Citizens Advice East Devon has opened the doors to its new Honiton premises at Honiton Family Church on the High Street, marking the end of a long-awaited move.
The service is open to the public from 9.30am to 1.00pm, Monday to Thursday, offering free, confidential and impartial advice in a central High Street location.
As an independent charity and part of the national Citizens Advice network, the organisation is supported by around 70 staff and volunteers. Together, they provide free, confidential and impartial advice, helping people address challenges that can impact both personal wellbeing and financial stability.

As a valued member of the Honiton Business Network, Citizens Advice East Devon plays an important role in supporting both residents and the wider local economy.
In the 2024/25 financial year, Citizens Advice helped to bring nearly £600,000 into the Honiton economy, by helping local people with cost of living issues such as benefit claims, housing issues and debt management.

The Honiton Business Network would like to send a big thank you to Honiton Family Church for enabling this valuable service to maintain a presence in the centre of our town.
