Phil Keddie FNAEA, FARLA (Hon), MARLA (Inventories)
Phil has worked in the South West property market for over 45 years and owned his own successful rental agency, covering East Devon, for 21 years, before selling it and becoming an Expert Property Letting Consultant 10 years ago.
Based in Exmouth, he now advises and helps private residential landlords, across the South West, to remain compliant and safe in this ever increasing legislative and complicated arena – one very grateful landlord dubbed him the “Landlord’s Guardian Angel”!
Associated services include being a Qualified Mediator who specializes in helping to resolve awkward and stressful property issues; and also providing regular empty property visits for insurance cover.
Phil has been a key member of ARLA Propertymark in the South West for over 10 years and was the national President from June 2019 to September 2020. From this position he has further broadened his understanding of the property industry and the Government’s attitude to private landlords and the Private Rental Sector (PRS).
